LA VETTA
La Vetta is a low-rise residential development that offers a distinctive living experience, setting it apart from conventional residential developments in Hong Kong. The project’s sculptural building form and idiosyncratic landscape distinguish it from its surroundings, defining a new genre of contemporary sustainable living.
The development comprises 68 houses, 90 apartment units, a clubhouse with recreational facilities adjacent to a sunken garden. Inspired by the site’s spirit and surrounding environment, the design concept aims to create a living environment that fosters a sense of place and community within a lush garden setting. The development is envisioned to harmoniously integrate with the site’s topographical context, enhancing the surrounding streetscape and providing a high-quality and harmonious living environment for both residents and the surrounding environment.
