Annealed Bent Glass

Annealed Bent Glass is manufactured by gradually heating flat glass to its softening temperature, approximately 550 degrees Celsius. As the glass reaches this temperature, it begins to sag under the influence of gravity on the specially designed mold.

• Slow bending process, approximately 5 – 8 hours
• High optical quality
• Wide range of coatings are suitable
• Ceramic frits can be utilized
• Colored and printed PVB options
• High security and safety interlayers are available
• Breaks in large parts exhibit post-breakage structural behavior when laminated
